  • Deep Progressive Muscle Relaxation - A technique that involves relaxing muscles to reduce stress and anxiety. It can also help with chronic pain, insomnia, and other conditions.

  • Calm Safe Place: A guided visualization practice where you imagine a peaceful, secure location in your mind, a place that brings you feelings of calmness and safety, which you can mentally "visit" whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed; it's often used in therapy to help manage anxiety and trauma-related emotions by providing a mental sanctuary to retreat to.
