Investing time and resources into therapy is one of the most meaningful commitments you can make for yourself and your loved ones. This investment fosters personal growth and equips you with lasting tools to navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence.
Session Fees:
At Del Ray Psych & Wellness, we are a private pay therapy practice, meaning we do not accept insurance directly. This allows us to provide highly personalized care without the restrictions often associated with insurance coverage, such as session limits or required diagnoses, ensuring a therapeutic approach that aligns with your goals. This freedom also provides more privacy and control over your treatment plan, as we’re not bound by limitations or restrictions imposed by insurance companies. By investing in your well-being with an out-of-network provider, you gain the opportunity to work with highly qualified professionals who prioritize your mental health and are committed to helping you thrive.
Our fees start at $155 and reflect the clinician’s expertise and specialized training, the value of the investment in meaningful change for yourself or your family, and our commitment to providing care tailored to your unique needs.
Payment Options:
We accept payment via credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, checks, cash. Full payment is due at the time of each session.
Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement:
If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Del Ray Psych can not guarantee reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm out-of-network benefits, deductible requirements, and coverage details. Listed below are the CPT codes and some common questions to ask when verifying out-of-network benefits.
