Sonia Palmieri MSN, ANP- BC - Adult Nurse Practitioner

Tranquil Healthcare: an Integrative Mental Health & Wellness practice, that focuses on anxiety and depression disorders as well as improving over all health and wellness. The practice is is conveniently located inside the Wellness Junction at 1900 Mount Vernon Ave.

Owner, Sonia Palmieri is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with 12 years experience in Adult Medicine and 20 years as an RN working in acute care settings around the country treating patients with a multitude of health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression and sleep issues.

Sonia, graduated with honors from University in Columbus, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She earned her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing in Geriatric and Adult medicine and graduated from George Mason University with honors.

 

Ching Hon, Nurse Practitioner

Our friends over at Healthy Minds Therapy, offer medication management services through their licensed Nurse Practitioner, Ching Hon.

Ching Hon, graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has experience working in different nursing settings: hospital, primary care, and urgent care.

 

Dr. Jonathan DeRight

Dr. Jonathan DeRight is a board certified neuropsychologist and works in clinical and forensic settings in the Washington, DC metro area, including Virginia and Maryland. Clinical neuropsychological evaluations involve an interview and testing to help determine the presence and extent of cognitive and/or emotional problems to help inform treatment.

Dr. DeRight is a licensed clinical psychologist and board certified clinical neuropsychologist. He earned his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience at the University of Rochester and completed his PhD at Syracuse University. He went on to complete a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
