This is a weekly topic-focused ADHD skills-based learning group for 5th grade through 8th graders. Executive functioning skills are crucial for kids who have ADHD and may have difficulties concentrating in class, procrastinating homework, or staying organized with the demands of middle school.

This week’s topic: ADHD and me: who am I, what are my unique qualities and strengths?

When:

• Wednesday, March 6th; 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Location: In-person at The Wellness Junction (1900 Mount Vernon Ave, Alexandria)

Cost: $100 per session
