Join us for our free summer series of Cool Yoga this Wednesday from 6:30 - 7:30pm at the Del Ray Psych & Wellness lot in the Heart of Del Ray. The yoga class is taught by Yogini Maureen Clyne and is open to all levels. Refreshments are served at the after party - compliments of Bon Vivant Cafe.* Please bring your own mat (class is held on the pavement).
