Weekly Zoom Sessions on Thursday Evenings, 6:00 PM 7:15 PM

Each meeting will feature a topic of interest, and participants are welcome to share and discuss issues that are relevant to them in a safe and supportive environment led by a mental health professional.

Topics of Interest Include:

10/7 - Anxiety strategies and mindfulness

10/14 - Navigating stress and preventing burnout

10/21 - Somatic symptoms and sleep hygiene

10/28 - Setting goals for self-care and personal development

The support group will be open to teachers from all levels and fields.
