The “Lot” at 1900 Mount Vernon Ave is an outdoor venue where various neighborhhood events will take place in Del Ray.  Del Ray Psych & Wellness, LLC will be sponsoring a free Cool Yoga series this summer on Wednesdays at 6:30pm.

All levels are welcome. Maureen Clyne of @homerealestate will be leading Cool Yoga and Bon Vivant will be providing refreshments after the 1-hour yoga session.
