About Dr. Chand:
Dr. Naresh Chand is an Ayurvedic/Yoga Scholar, and Holistic Health Consultant with Del Ray Psych & Wellness. He is a retired NIH researcher and scientist, who has authored over 200 articles on the prevention of chronic illness.
Dr. Chand brings together his knowledge of ayurvedic principles and yoga to address various health conditions. He believes in using a holistic approach and addressing gut and brain health by using food, herbs, spices, pranayama, gentle yoga, mantra, and meditation to improve overall health.
